Verified Creator Content

For content produced through our verified creator program, Vyxen maintains all records required by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, including age verification documentation for all verified creators.

User-Generated Content

For user-generated content, users are solely responsible for their uploads and must certify that they have the right to share such content and that all persons depicted are over the age of 18. Vyxen acts solely as a platform provider for such content and is not a 'producer' as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c). Users are responsible for maintaining their own records and compliance with all applicable laws.

Platform Status

Vyxen operates as an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230 and maintains appropriate protocols for handling reports of prohibited content. We are not the creator or producer of user-generated content shared through our platform.

Prohibited Content

All users, verified or not, are strictly prohibited from uploading any content featuring individuals under the age of 18. We maintain zero tolerance for exploitation and will report violations to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

Record Inspections

For content produced by verified creators, records required by federal law are maintained by Vyxen and are available for inspection upon legitimate request during regular business hours. For user-generated content, users are responsible for maintaining their own records as required by law. Vyxen maintains records only for content it directly produces or manages through its verified creator program.
