Vyxen is committed to combating human trafficking and all forms of exploitation. This policy outlines our approach to prevention, detection, and response.

1. Our Commitment

Vyxen has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, forced labor, and any form of sexual exploitation. We are committed to preventing our platform from being used to facilitate, promote, or profit from trafficking in persons. We actively work to detect, report, and remove any content or activity that may be linked to human trafficking or exploitation.

2. Definitions

  • Forced Labor: Any work or service exacted from a person under the threat of penalty and for which the person has not offered themselves voluntarily.
  • Commercial Sexual Exploitation: Any sexual act or sexually explicit content produced or distributed through force, fraud, coercion, or involving a minor.

3. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vyxen and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:

  • Posting, distributing, or promoting content that depicts or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation
  • Using the platform to recruit, advertise, or solicit victims of trafficking
  • Posting content involving individuals who have not freely and voluntarily consented to its creation and distribution
  • Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context
  • Using the platform to launder proceeds from trafficking or exploitation
  • Coercing, forcing, or defrauding any individual into producing or appearing in content

4. Prevention Measures

Vyxen employs the following measures to prevent human trafficking and exploitation on our platform:

  • Identity Verification: All content providers must complete identity and age verification before uploading content. Government-issued identification is required to confirm that all creators are at least 18 years of age.
  • Consent Documentation: Content providers are required to obtain and maintain written consent from all individuals depicted in their content, as outlined in our Content Provider Agreement.
  • Content Review: All user-uploaded content is subject to review before publication to ensure it does not contain illegal material or indicators of trafficking or exploitation.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Our moderation team actively monitors the platform for suspicious activity, including patterns that may indicate trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
  • Staff Training: Our moderation and support teams are trained to recognize indicators of human trafficking and exploitation and to escalate appropriately.
