About the role
Vyxen is looking for a product-minded growth specialist who can connect user insight, experimentation, and clear communication. You will study how creators and members move through the product, identify the points where they lose momentum, and help the team turn those findings into focused improvements.
This role sits between product, growth, and community. Some opportunities will begin with data, while others will begin with a creator conversation or a recurring support issue. You should be comfortable bringing those signals together and deciding what is worth testing.
Responsibilities
- Map the creator and member journeys and identify the highest-friction steps.
- Plan, launch, and evaluate experiments across landing pages, onboarding, product education, and lifecycle communication.
- Define useful success measures and create clear reporting on results, tradeoffs, and next steps.
- Turn creator feedback, support patterns, and product behavior into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with product and engineering to scope improvements and follow them through release.
- Improve the clarity and consistency of growth messaging across the Vyxen experience.
- Document what was tested, what was learned, and how those findings should influence future work.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, product management, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
- Experience planning experiments and evaluating results against a clear goal.
- Comfort working with funnels, conversion measures, cohorts, and behavioral trends.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools or SQL, with the ability to investigate questions independently.
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially when turning complex findings into a clear recommendation.
- Sound judgment about when to use data, when to seek qualitative feedback, and when to keep a solution simple.
- Comfort working on an adults-only platform where privacy, consent, and safety are core product requirements.
