The short version
Vyxen charges an industry low flat 15% platform fee, so creators keep 85% of every sale. Earnings remain pending for seven days before becoming available for payout.
What to know
- Vyxen keeps a flat 15%, so creators keep 85% of every sale.
- New earnings remain pending for seven days before becoming available.
- Verified creators can request a manual payout once their available balance reaches $50, or enable weekly or monthly automatic payouts.
Four ways creators earn
Completed subscription payments, tips, pay-per-view post unlocks, and locked-message purchases are recorded in the creator earnings ledger. Each entry shows the sale type and the amounts used to calculate net creator earnings.
| Revenue stream | How it works | Creator controls |
|---|---|---|
| Subscriptions | Recurring access to premium posts | Set the subscription price and offer |
| Tips | Direct fan support on eligible surfaces | No subscription required |
| PPV posts | One-time unlock of an individual premium post | Choose the content and price |
| Locked messages | Paid photos or videos delivered in direct messages | Choose the recipient, content, and unlock price |
How a completed sale is calculated
Every completed sale is split the same way: you keep 85% and Vyxen keeps a flat 15%. That 15% already covers payment processing, so there is nothing else to subtract.
Check the Creator Hub earnings history for the exact amounts recorded on a transaction. It shows the gross amount, the 15% platform fee, and your net earnings.
Pending balance versus available balance
New net earnings enter the pending balance for seven days. This holdback gives the payment system time to account for reversals and reduces the chance that money already paid out must later be recovered.
After the holdback expires, the amount moves to the available balance. Only the available balance can be included in a payout request. Refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, and completed payouts also appear in the earnings ledger.
Payout methods and minimums
Vyxen currently supports U.S. bank-transfer details and PayPal as creator payout methods. Sensitive payout details are encrypted and only masked information is displayed after setup.
The minimum payout request is $50. A creator can choose a saved payout method, submit a manual request from the Creator Hub, and follow its status in payout history. Only one active payout request can be open at a time.
Manual and automatic payouts
Creators who prefer not to request every payout can enable automatic payouts after saving a default payout method. Weekly automatic payouts are created on Sundays; monthly automatic payouts are created on the first day of the month.
You choose a minimum available-balance threshold of at least $50. When the scheduled date arrives and the available balance meets that threshold, Vyxen creates a payout request for the available amount. Payout requests are typically processed within three to five business days.
Taxes, refunds, and chargebacks
Creators are responsible for understanding and paying taxes that apply to their earnings. Vyxen does not provide individual tax advice, so keep independent records and consult a qualified tax professional when needed.
A refund or chargeback can reverse the related creator earning. The ledger records those reversals so lifetime earnings, available funds, and paid-out totals can be reconciled.
Payout setup checklist
Complete these steps before you expect to withdraw funds:
- Finish creator identity and age verification.
- Open Creator Hub and review the earnings ledger.
- Add a bank-transfer or PayPal payout method.
- Set the correct default payout destination.
- Choose manual payouts or configure a weekly/monthly schedule.
- Confirm your available balance meets the $50 minimum.
